Shipping policy

We aim to ship within 48hrs of receiving your order depending on our production schedule. We manufacture our gourmet popcorn in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest product on your doorstep.

In most cases, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
If you have any concerns regarding your order please contact us. 

All orders are shipped our via USPS or UPS depending on customer selection and availability. US shipping only. Once an order ships out, it is out of our hands and property of the courier.

Once your shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email that includes your 22-digit USPS tracking number or UPS tracking number that you can click on and use to track your package. Our shipping partners pick up orders toward the end of the day and it may take an additional 48 hours for the tracking to display on the shipping carrier's site.

If your part of the country and/or transportation lanes are experiencing severe weather or a natural disaster, the delivery of your package may be delayed. Our carriers will post any delays due to weather or a natural disaster on their website.

When a free shipping promotion is offered, orders are shipped economy.
